Unfortunately, I rented a home that was flooded and its now going on week 7 and I’m still waiting for the ac vents to be cleaned. Broken promises, the home smells like mildew not to mention the appliances were broken when I moved in due to the home being flooded. I keep getting excuses why these appointments take so long to get scheduled! literally just had surgery so I am stuck in this musty home 24 hr a day not to mention my dogs struggle more then ever with their breathing. I’ve made them aware I have emphysema but it doesn’t seem to help. Hoping this will be resolved sooner then later!!!!

My realtor was awesome. But did not like the surprise of extra money at closing and being told a few days before of the extra fee. When I signed document earlier of the extra realtors fee you don’t remember. You should be reminded from time to time. Not a surprise at closing.
