Your Responsibilities
- Convert buyers and sellers during in-person consultations
- Execute VIP Buyer/Listing contracts and coordinate with staff
- Show properties and maintain regular seller communication
- Negotiate offers, inspections, and contracts in clients’ best interest
- Attend closings and ensure 5-star client experiences
- Request referrals and testimonials for continued growth
- No cold calling or grunt prospecting – ever
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- In good standing with FREC
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-player mindset with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of Stellar MLS and writing contracts is a plus
