Your Responsibilities

  • Convert buyers and sellers during in-person consultations
  • Execute VIP Buyer/Listing contracts and coordinate with staff
  • Show properties and maintain regular seller communication
  • Negotiate offers, inspections, and contracts in clients’ best interest
  • Attend closings and ensure 5-star client experiences
  • Request referrals and testimonials for continued growth
  • No cold calling or grunt prospecting – ever


Qualifications

  • Active Florida Real Estate License
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • In good standing with FREC
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team-player mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of Stellar MLS and writing contracts is a plus
