Pat Bianchi -Office
Coordinator
As office coordinator Pat is in charge of
keeping staff operations running smoothly. He makes sure
all jobs are being maintained to there fullest, and
strives to guarantee our valued clients their complete
satisfaction with our services.
Jon Figueroa - Listing Coordinator
Jon is originally from Brooklyn, New York. Prior
to his joining the Bianchi Team, he was an administrative assistant for a Law
Firm in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Jon is currently the Listing
Coordinator for the Bianchi Team.
Jon also is in charge of designing ads
and marketing campaigns, creating and maintaining our promotional advertising, and
coordinating
mailings to farm areas. A major part of his job is
keeping sellers informed on marketing strategies
implemented and all activity on their property. Jon manages our 24-hour hotline system and keeps our websites
updated. Jon also enters all buyers into a
database to ensure ultimate service and follow-up.
He searches our listings and buyers on the computer and
maintains contact with the other realtors reminding them
to show our listings.
Jenn Golub -Closing Coordinator
Jenn is originally from Ohio and
has been a licensed realtor for 6 years and is well versed in all aspects
of the home buying and selling process. Jenn prides herself on her
attention to detail and her drive to exceed customer expectations.
After
an offer has been signed and accepted, Jenn
takes over. Her job is to make sure that all details of
a closing run smoothly. She follows up daily with
all parties
involved to ensure that our valued clients have a stress
free closing, and obtains feedback from
our sellers. Jenn coordinates any Home Inspections, Termite
Inspections, Appraisals, Surveys and Title work. We know you will enjoy working with
Jenn.
Brian Thompson - Buyer Specialist
Brian is originally from Ohio and now resides in Largo, Florida. Brian has
twenty years of experience in sales and customer service, including the last
four years in the Tampa Bay area. In his free time, Brian enjoys biking and
scuba diving.
 Sean Lobur
- Buyer Specialist
Born and raised in New
York State. I grew up in a small farming community and
always enjoyed the outdoors and outdoor activities such as
water and snow skiing. Growing up near the woods afforded me
with the joys of hiking which my wife and I love to do when
visiting North Carolina. After graduation I relocated to
Seminole, Florida in 1986.
Since then I married
and now enjoy our two children, Linnea and Eric. Through the
years I have worked for various companies as a CAD operator,
mainly in the field of "outside telephone
equipment". After working in the corporate arena it was
time to own and operate my own small business allowing me to
enjoy more time freedom.
Someone once told me
that its always best "to work smarter, not
harder".

Knorr- Buyer Specialist
Nancy has lived in
Pinellas County for over thirty years and has over
a decade of experience in the Real Estate
business. With Nancy's outgoing personality,
commitment to excellence in service and her "Customer
First"attitude, Nancy is a welcome

Carlos comes from an
extensive Customer Service background servicing large
customer accounts in the High-Tech industry.

and customers alike, as they are all deserving of

Carlos is originally from
Argentina is fully bilingual (English/ Spanish) and has
lived in Florida most of his life. Real

as a buyer and seller in today's market. " The way
