Pat Bianchi -Team Courier

As team courier Pat is in charge of keeping staff operations running smoothly. He installs signs, sign riders & lockboxes within 24 hours after listing. He takes several photos for advertising and virtual tours on all our property for sale and for lease. He inspects our vacant listings weekly to ensure they are in top condition and updates the sign in book in each property as needed. Pat also acts as Call Coordinator, following up with our clients ensuring their searches are adequate for their needs and will schedule showings as needed.

 


Jon Figueroa  - Buyers Specialist

Jonathan is originally from Brooklyn, New York. Prior to joining the Bianchi Team, he was an administrative assistance for a Law Firm in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
John is a Licensed Buyer Specialist. His skills and years of experience in the Real Estate Field allow him to excel in negotiating on his clients behalf, getting them the best price possible. Jon has completed training in Various Real Estate Courses over the years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Team. You can count on Jon to consult in making the right choices – telling you what you need to know, not just what you want to hear.


Josh Golub - Office Manager                       

Josh is originally from Ohio. He is well versed in all aspects of the Real Estate Buying, Selling and Property Management procedures. Josh prides himself on his attention to detail and his drive to exceed customer expectations.
Josh also tracks repairs on our REO listings and Rentals to ensure repairs are done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Josh is a Notary and does courtesy closings for REO Closings. Josh has attended Property Management Courses and is educated in Florida Eviction Laws and can complete Safety Inspections. He has Attended REO University and is Trained In "Cash for Keys".

 

 


 

Jackie Walker - Listing  and Closing Coordinator

              Jackie is originally from Michigan and has been in the Real Estate field for 25 years. Jackie is in charge of Designing Ads, Virtual Tours and creates a Marketing campaign for each property we list. She Coordinates Mailings to our Farm Areas and designs "Just Listed and Just Sold" postcards. She Inputs all our Listings in over 100 websites exposing our listings worldwide. She keeps our owners informed on marketing strategies implemented, all activity on their property including Showing Feedback.
After an offer has been signed and accepted, Jackie takes over. Her job is to make sure that all details of the closing run smoothly from start to finish. She follows up daily with buyers, lenders, title company and venders involved to ensure that our valued clients have a stress free closing. She coordinates Home Inspections, Termite Inspections, Appraisals, Surveys and Title Work.
Jackie is also a notary and can do courtesy closings


 

Carlos Mongiello  - Buyer Specialist 


Carlos offers excellence in meeting and exceeding client expectations and delivery.
With over 20 years experience as Services Delivery Manager for a fortune 500 company, Carlos brings the attention to details clients seek in an experienced Real Estate Agent. Serving Real Estate Buyers and Sellers with passion, inspiration and diligence for more than 5 years in the Tampa Bay Area communities.
